Our names are Stacey and Darren Skelding and we live in
small town in the West Midlands, called Sedgley. About 10
miles from Birmingham.

I was introduced to the Birman when I was just 6 and the
breed stole my heart when I had my first two Birman sisters, a
Blue point called Anika who sadly died at the age of 10. And
Charlotte, who came to live with me and Darren in 2006 when
we moved in to our first home together. Unfortunately she had
to be put to rest in November 2007 after a short fight with
kidney failure. Only 4 days before her 16th birthday.

We had three other Birmans from a litter of 4 in 2006. Two
wonderful boys and a beautiful little girl.
(We only went for one!) After a fantastic start to showing, we
decided to start breeding.......
Later on came our first breeding queen. Mentobe Mamma Mia,
Followed shortly after by a 2nd queen, Chandalini Phoebe snow.
After the cats, came our name 'Bostin Birmans'. If you are from
around the Black country area, then you will know exactly
what Bostin means. For those of you who are not familiar with
the local slang, it simply means GREAT!
We now have 7 birmans including two that we kept from our
first litter. We have had some amazing kittens and continue to
show our stunning cats!
